A boutique AI security and governance consultancy, founded in Plano, Texas in 2008. Creators of ARIA — an AI governance assessment platform built for clinical LLM deployments.
Aggi Technologies was founded in 2008 in Plano, Texas with a specific purpose: to make enterprise-grade AI security and cybersecurity expertise available to organizations that aren't large enough to build that expertise in-house, but face exactly the same threats as those that are.
From the beginning, the model was boutique — small, senior, and deeply technical. No offshore delivery. No junior consultants staffed behind a senior name. Every engagement handled by experts who have spent decades building real systems in production at scale: carrier-grade networks, connected vehicle platforms, satellite broadband, healthcare research infrastructure, and enterprise banking systems.
In 2026, Aggi Technologies launched ARIA — the Aggi Responsible Intelligence Assessor — an AI governance assessment platform built for healthcare organizations deploying LLMs in clinical workflows. ARIA is the product of 17 years of security consulting translated into platform infrastructure.
Every regulated organization we engage already has signals — bias indicators, drift telemetry, policy violations, audit alerts. They detect plenty. The question that wakes up their CISO isn't "did we catch it?" It's "what do we do, how fast, and can we defend the decision in front of a regulator?"
That gap — between signal and defensible action — is where AI deployments live or die in regulated industries. Everything our practice does is in service of closing it. The middle box has a name: the Intelligence Decision Layer. Inside ARIA, that layer is ControlMesh — running continuously, at platform scale. In consulting engagements, that layer is senior judgment in the room. Clients engage with the platform alone, the advisory alone, or both together — whichever fits.
Aggi Technologies was built on one person's conviction that serious security expertise should not be locked inside Fortune 500 companies. Dr. Golla brings that expertise to every client engagement.
Dr. Golla brings 35 years of continuous security and engineering experience — from carrier-grade network research at Alcatel-Lucent Corporate Research Labs, to IoT and systems architecture at Amazon Kuiper, to critical infrastructure security evaluations for Nokia.
He founded Aggi Technologies in 2008 to make that caliber of expertise available to organizations of all sizes.
Dr. Golla's career spans the most demanding engineering environments in the industry — research labs, semiconductor giants, satellite broadband, and critical internet infrastructure. The full work history is on LinkedIn. What follows is what shows up in every client engagement.
