About Aggi Technologies

A boutique AI security and governance consultancy, founded in Plano, Texas in 2008. Creators of ARIA — an AI governance assessment platform built for clinical LLM deployments.

Built on a Conviction: Security Should Be Deep, Not Just Documented

Aggi Technologies was founded in 2008 in Plano, Texas with a specific purpose: to make enterprise-grade AI security and cybersecurity expertise available to organizations that aren't large enough to build that expertise in-house, but face exactly the same threats as those that are.

From the beginning, the model was boutique — small, senior, and deeply technical. No offshore delivery. No junior consultants staffed behind a senior name. Every engagement handled by experts who have spent decades building real systems in production at scale: carrier-grade networks, connected vehicle platforms, satellite broadband, healthcare research infrastructure, and enterprise banking systems.

In 2026, Aggi Technologies launched ARIA — the Aggi Responsible Intelligence Assessor — an AI governance assessment platform built for healthcare organizations deploying LLMs in clinical workflows. ARIA is the product of 17 years of security consulting translated into platform infrastructure.

2008
Aggi Technologies Founded
Established in Plano, Texas as a boutique cybersecurity consultancy. First engagements in network security, IoT device hardening, and enterprise security architecture for startups and SMBs.
2008 – 2015
IoT Security Pioneer
While companies were racing to connect devices without securing them, Aggi Technologies was building the frameworks that protected them — OT/IT boundary controls, embedded firmware security, and secure device provisioning before the market understood the risk.
2015 – 2022
Network Security & Automation
Expanded practice into intelligent network security automation — real-time anomaly detection, automated incident response, Zero Trust architecture, and cloud security across AWS, Azure, and GCP for regulated industries.
2022 – 2025
AI Security Practice
As organizations began deploying LLMs at speed, Aggi Technologies built an AI security practice — adversarial ML defense, prompt injection prevention, AI model integrity, and AI Security Posture Assessments for healthcare, finance, and enterprise AI teams.
2026 — Now
ARIA Platform Launch
Launched ARIA — an AI governance assessment platform for healthcare LLM deployments. NIST AI RMF (78 questions), HIPAA (~30), ISO/IEC 42001 (~25), FDA CDS (24, draft), 53 cross-standard mappings, dependency graph, conditional logic engine, and ControlMesh analytic layer. Now accepting early access requests.
17+ Years in business
30+ Years security & engineering expertise
10+ US & European patents
100% Senior experts — no offshore juniors

Detection isn't the bottleneck. Decisions are.

Every regulated organization we engage already has signals — bias indicators, drift telemetry, policy violations, audit alerts. They detect plenty. The question that wakes up their CISO isn't "did we catch it?" It's "what do we do, how fast, and can we defend the decision in front of a regulator?"

Detection isn't the bottleneck. Decisions are. 📡 SIGNAL What you already detect bias indicators drift telemetry policy violations audit alerts ⚖️ CONTEXTUALIZE The Intelligence Decision Layer NIST AI RMF · ISO 42001 HIPAA · FDA CDS EU AI Act · HITRUST CSF internal policy 🎯 DEFENSIBLE ACTION Fast enough · defensible enough documented audit-ready regulator-acceptable standing under review ↑ THE INTELLIGENCE DECISION LAYER ControlMesh inside ARIA. Senior judgment in consulting. Same logic, different scale.

That gap — between signal and defensible action — is where AI deployments live or die in regulated industries. Everything our practice does is in service of closing it. The middle box has a name: the Intelligence Decision Layer. Inside ARIA, that layer is ControlMesh — running continuously, at platform scale. In consulting engagements, that layer is senior judgment in the room. Clients engage with the platform alone, the advisory alone, or both together — whichever fits.

Three Principles That Have Not Changed Since 2008

Senior Experts

Senior Experts Only

Every engagement is led and executed by senior-level experts with real-world production experience. We don't staff projects with junior consultants or offshore teams. You get the expertise you paid for, on every call and every deliverable.

Research Depth

Research-Grade Depth

Our technical depth comes from decades of real R&D — not certifications alone. Published research, patent authorship, and carrier-grade engineering give us foundational understanding that translates into better, more defensible solutions.

Accessible

Accessible Engagement

Enterprise-grade security expertise shouldn't require an enterprise budget. We serve startups, growing businesses, and organizations without a dedicated security function — with three engagement options (platform-only, advisory-only, or both together) sized to the problem in front of you.

The Founder

Aggi Technologies was built on one person's conviction that serious security expertise should not be locked inside Fortune 500 companies. Dr. Golla brings that expertise to every client engagement.

Dr. Prasad N. Golla
Prasad N. Golla, Ph.D., M.B.A.
Founder & Principal Consultant · IEEE Senior Member

Dr. Golla brings 35 years of continuous security and engineering experience — from carrier-grade network research at Alcatel-Lucent Corporate Research Labs, to IoT and systems architecture at Amazon Kuiper, to critical infrastructure security evaluations for Nokia.

He founded Aggi Technologies in 2008 to make that caliber of expertise available to organizations of all sizes.

PhD · Computer Engineering · SMU MBA · UT Dallas IEEE Senior Member 10+ Patents Research Lab Alumnus

Dr. Golla's career spans the most demanding engineering environments in the industry — research labs, semiconductor giants, satellite broadband, and critical internet infrastructure. The full work history is on LinkedIn. What follows is what shows up in every client engagement.

Research-grade depth
Years at Alcatel-Lucent Corporate Research Labs working on network security, routing algorithms, distributed systems, and carrier-grade infrastructure. The kind of work where correctness is not optional.
Cross-domain security practice
Application security (pre-2008), network & cloud security, IoT security, and now AI security — five waves of attack surface accumulated, not replaced. Each previous wave still matters when the next one arrives.
Critical-infrastructure judgment
Recent security evaluation work for Nokia on global internet backbone equipment; systems-architecture work at Amazon Kuiper on satellite broadband. The reasoning style required when one mistake is too many.
Patents & published research
10+ US & European patents across distributed computing, network communications, multithreading, and router/switching algorithms. Published research in IEEE and ACM venues.
Healthcare AI origin
Research collaboration with UT Southwestern and the Veterans Administration on the governance gap that prevented an $80M clinical AI research program. ARIA was built from that experience.
